Shipping & Handling

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing & payment verification. However, we will do our best to ship orders within 2-3 business days. 
  • Orders placed on the weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. 
  • Once your order has been shipped a confirmation will be sent out to your e-mail with a tracking number. If the shipping address was input incorrectly or you would like to amend the information please contact customer care immediately via email (shopdaraee@gmail.com). Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing orders during the holidays. We sincerely thank you for understanding. *Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Cyber Monday*

USPS: $8.00 (3-5 business days) 

USPS: Expedited Mail $30 (1-2 business days)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All International orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or FEDEX. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Daraee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to the mail carriers claims department. 

As soon as your order ships, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provide with your order.
